About

"I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness;
I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness. "
Isaiah 42:6-7

Thei42project began when Enoch and Elijah were praying early in the morning at a high school youth camp in 2006. They asked God to send them out and use their lives for His glory. His response was to go to Taiwan and that he would show them the work that he had prepared. I

Our Mission

Leading the church to reach out to their community
and equip the youth of Taiwan.

Why Taiwan?

Taiwan is approximately only 4-6% Christian

(An unreached people group is 2%)

In the 1970s through the mid-1890s, a sizable portion of the Taiwanese Christian community went abroad to pursue a higher level of education. Unfortunately, this left a large hole in the church which has not been filled. Many churches are currently seeing a large portion of their youth exit the church and are struggling to start/maintain their children/youth programs.
